Where do you ship from?

We currently fulfill orders within the USA and Canada directly through our website with a flat rate shipping fee. All orders are processed from our Washington, DC studio and shipped via USPS.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final with no exchanges or returns (unless your order is damaged during shipment).

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Once orders are shipped and the tracking number is sent, shipping and delivery estimates are controlled by USPS.

What are your candles made out of?

We make our candles with domestic grown natural soy wax, fragrance oils and essential oils. Our fragrances are paraben-free and phthalate-free.

Why Soy Wax?

Soy is a renewable resource and is carbon neutral. It burns cleanly, and for longer than other waxes. It’s a natural and non-toxic product.

My candle/ diffuser arrived damaged. What do I do?

We are so sorry that this has happened. Despite every effort we take to keep your products safe, things happen during shipment. Please don’t worry, it’s an easy fix. Just email (link to email) us a picture if your broken product and a copy of your shipping confirmation (you received via email) and we will ship you a new candle right away.
